Dropping some lore today
Things you might not know about me.
Lore usually means the stories, beliefs, knowledge, or teachings that are passed down within a culture, community, or group of people.
I thought it was time to let you in a on a few things about me. I almost gave up on my Christmas screenplay. I was writing myself in a corner, trying to copy the book instead of writing an actual movie which is opposite of what I should be doing. Television is a visual medium versus a print. I learned so much when that finally broke through my hard head. I let go of the book I wrote and thought—how would this need to be shown as a visual. Dealing with a thought belief that I couldn’t do this.
Here is another lore or statement I said when I retired I won’t ever substitute, well guess what I’m so excited I got a call and I’m covering the first semester for a woman going on medical leave. It’s gonna be so fantastic to work with students in Language Arts. When you love a career it’s a blessing to revisit and embrace your heart.
My biggest lore of learning from the past is knowing when to take things off my plate. My personality is always taking on more and more. And the other day, I woke up realizing I needed to take a breath and not add more to my plate.

Happiness Reflection:
Dreams are just fantasies and don’t have real value. Now let’s look at that limiting belief: Someone dreams of becoming a writer, but tells themselves, “That’s not a real career,” so they never start writing, even though the dream could lead to beautiful opportunities.
I have heard this said to me as well as other people. What happens in a dream if you believe what others say? It pulls you down and you second guess yourself. A good rule is to listen to others or your spiritual internal guide, but don’t let them fully define your dreams. Your own judgment matters in making a right decision.
